Love Locks World is an online platform for users to create, view and share their own virtual padlocks, as well as browse the virtual padlocks of other visitors. Padlocks with custom text on them are also known as love locks. The idea is inspired by the real physical love locks places in many locations around the world, however our services operate only with virtual love locks and virtual locations, we do not provide any physical objects, nor we offer deliveries.
The number of products are limited and will be available for purchase only before this limit is reached. The limit varies per location.
A love lock is a virtual representation of a padlock with a custom design, including, but not limited to custom shape, color, text and images (Content).
A love lock can be placed on a virtual fence, by choosing a free spot on a virtual location prepared by our services. Once the placement of the lock is determined and its design is ready, you can publish it.
A placed lock, guarantees that your content will be displayed in the form that you designed it, on the specific position on the fence of the virtual location. However, you should not rely that your content will be placed on the exact same position relative to the background image. Zoom, perspective and different user interface elements may be the reason for this. In oder to provide a better service and user experience, we reserve the right to change the background image and the image elements used for the virtual location and its fence.
A love lock that you publish on our website, is considered Your Content. A published love lock becomes immediately public, available to other users of the platform.
We take no responsibility for and we do not expressly or implicitly endorse any of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms.
